Inactivity: 30+ days no attendance/communication = administrative withdrawal.
Re-Enrollment: Expired students must re-enroll as new students at current pricing.
Training Restart: Students may be required to restart training. Prior progress not guaranteed.
Promotional Pricing: Discounts are time-sensitive. Delays or inactivity result in loss of discounted
rate.
Proficiency-Based Training: Completion of hours does not guarantee DMV test. School determines
readiness based on safety and proficiency standards.
Attendance & Communication: Students must attend scheduled sessions and notify school if absent.
Safety: Safety vest and closed-toe shoes required. Follow all instructor directions at all times.
Student Responsibilities: Students must check portal and ensure training records are accurate.
Conduct: Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from training.
Media Use: School may use student images/testimonials unless opted out in writing.
Good Faith: School reserves the right to respond to false or misleading statements.
